About Us.

Our Approach

SE4N is led by A. Michael Gellman (Fiscal Strategies 4 Nonprofits, LLC) and Benjamin Takis (Takis Nonprofit Law PLLC), two proven and seasoned nonprofit professionals with over 50 years of combined nonprofit industry and presentation experience and a shared passion for teaching nonprofit leaders and professionals the skills and best practices necessary to enhance nonprofit sustainability. SE4N was conceived to augment the current nonprofit financial and legal education landscape, where content has become stale, repetitive, and predictable.

SE4N takes a fresh approach to fiscal, financial, legal, and governance education that is focused on helping senior management, Board leadership, and other nonprofit support professionals drive positive change, improve organizational culture, and enhance financial sustainability. Simply put, SE4N guides nonprofits to put essential fiscal, financial, legal, and governance concepts into practice quickly, with a focus on implementing changes that position the organization for the coming years rather than only the next few months.
